ResearchOps
Objective:
Establish and formalize the presence of ResearchOps at Zonar Systems within six months. Through the implementation of software, process automation, repeatable frameworks, participant sourcing, and governance, I was tasked with getting this department operational with very little budget.
Highlight:
Presenting the concept of ResearchOps to the company at a Lunch and Learn.

Research Method Cards
Objective:
In the spirit of ResearchOps, create a set a reusable, repeatable processes to help agile teams conduct usability testing quickly and efficiently.
Highlight:
Having not only fellow design team members utilize the cards but having TPMs, Product Owners, and Engineers utilize them as well.

Beta Framework
Objective:
Work with the Product Management team to come us with a repeatable Beta Framework that could be easily replicated and implemented.
Highlights:
Being asked to present the framework at the next Product Team All Hands Meeting.

ZAccess
Objective:
In order to determine the overall usability of the ZAccess tablet application, Zonar’s ResearchOps Team conducted the following two studies -
